Who is eligible for your first-time homebuyer loans?

Our FHA and Conventional First-Time Home Buyer Loans in California are available to anyone who lives, works, goes to school, worships, or belongs to a Burbank organization. If you don’t meet those criteria, you can still become a member (and apply for a loan) by making a small $10 donation to the Burbank Arts & Education Foundation. Welcome to our financial family!
